I have an imaginary friend. I know he is that because no one can see him, not even me. I could once. Now I only see him when I'm not looking at anything, when I lay down my head and close my eyes. Something that happens for less then it should. He took many forms, sometimes he was a dog, other times a bird, a dragon hatchling, a great black panther with a golden horn. For a time he came to me in the form of a great scaly green monster with no eyes, hoofed feet, claws and teeth longer then man is tall.
